- Refurbishment and modernisation of 2 EX proof overhead cranes
- Renewal of: electro motors / electrical cables and festoon system / electrical cabinets
- Addition to existing system: auxiliary hoist / radio remote control
- Commissioning and turn-key handover

- Draw-up and monitor planning of execution and logistics
- Daily supervision of 2 foremen and a local crew of 6 employees
- Conduct quality checks of executed work
- Maintain contacts with end user and local subcontractors
- Weekly status reporting to client
- Organising of kick-off and toolbox meetings
- Daily project administration and organization of work permits
- Draw-up and monitor test procedures
- Perform tests and turnkey handover
