- Demolishing of existing, and delivery and installation of new theatre hoisting equipment containing:
- 65 winches 500 Kg – 1,8 mtr/sec
- 2 winches 250 Kg – 1,8 mtr/sec
- 20 Ton steel for winch foundation
- 430 wire rope wheels
- 65 flybar battens – 19,5 mtr
- Steel cable 6mm – 18 kilometer
- Complete electro technical computer controlled operating system
Tasks DIEBEN t.t
- Monitoring of engineering in design phase
- Draw up and revise planning for execution and logistics
- Conduct quality checks of executed work and H.S.E. inspections on the job-site
- Maintain contact with end-user and local sub-contractors
- Compose and monitor test and safety procedures
- Daily supervision of 24 employees and various local subcontractors
- Status reporting to client and end-user
- Organise events for employees to maintain involvement and well being
