Project description

  • Demolishing of existing, and delivery and installation of new theatre hoisting equipment containing:
  • 48 winches 500 Kg – 1,8 mtr/sec
  • Sliding proscenium towers and hanging bridges
  • Complete electro technical computer controlled operating system
  • Stage curtains and rail systems

Tasks DIEBEN t.t

  • Draw up and revise planning for execution and logistics
  • Conduct quality checks of executed work and H.S.E. inspections on the job-site
  • Maintain contact with end-user and local sub-contractors
  • Compose and monitor test and safety procedures
  • Maintain contact with national safety institutes and inspection agencies
  • Daily supervision of 10 employees and various local subcontractors
  • Status reporting to client and end-user
  • Organise events for employees to maintain involvement and well being
  • Organise and direct an opening event for 200 spectators
